How do customers access our menu?

Your customers access digital menus through a web browser on their phones or through an Android app. It allows you to open menus directly in browsers (Chrome, Safari, Samsung Internet, ..), therefore it is not necessary for customers to download anything.

They open the menu by visiting m.enjoi.si, scanning your QR code and voila! If you want costumers to access your menu through your own link read more about it here.

Alternatively, customers can open your digital menu using their own QR code readers.

What are the costs of starting to use digital menus?

Until January 1 2021, the use of digital menus is completely free for all our customers. The only costs incurred by using QR menus are the cost of printing the QR code. We can offer our assistance in the printing process- in which case we will charge you the printing costs..

After the special offer ends, the enjoi menus will be charged at the prices defined in our price list, meaning many elements of use remain free indefinitely.

How do I start using menus?

You can start using the menus easily and quickly. Here’s how, but if you need any help, contact us and we will guide you through the process. Feel free to contact us also if you need support to prepare a menu for you based on your existing offer.

  1. 1.Register your free account
  2. Create menus (offer categories such as classic pizzas / seafood / ..)
  3. Create an offer, set a price and add a picture (Pizza Klasika / ..)
  4. Add created offer to the menu
  5. Create new code within your locations and make sure the menu is active in specific location. To enable ordering, provide a code for each table within your location.

How can I implement QR menus?

As the menus are accessed via a QR code, it is necessary to provide well-placed codes, accessible to customers immediately. If you have already decided on the placement and execution, we can provide support in design and printing. If you are not decided, we suggest the following ways:

Use without ordering

  • Poster at the entrance
  • Posters on the walls inside the fascility
  • On food mats

Use by ordering

  • Sticker on the edge of the table / bar / existing menu
  • Cardboard triangle for the table
  • On a glass liner
  • Engraved in the material on the table
  • Insert flyer into plastic spice racks
  • As A4 / A5 / .. sheet

Are menu changes visible immediately?

Yes. Any change in the menu, be it the name of the offer, the time of availability of the menu, prices, etc., is updated and visible immediately.

To what extent can I customize the look of my menu?

Menus
You can highlight menus and offers in any order, customize the display image of the offer and the menu icon.

Colors and corporate identity
You can customize the look of the menus to your own personal standards and desires. The platform allows you to choose the colors of texts, backgrounds, as well as adding your own logo. For any additional adjustments, feel free to contact us and we will provide a solution.

Domain
We can provide access to menus through your own domain – as an example, menu.restavracija.si. If you want to enable your own domain, feel free to contact us.

How do I ensure a nice menu look?

Corporate identity (CI)
Use a landscape logo and appropriate color contrasts within the menu header as well as the offer.

Naming menus & icons
Give your menus short and concise names, while choosing the icon that best represents it from our icon set.

Pictures of the offer
Provide quality images of your offer, as this will raise the positive reputation of your offer, and allows you to present your offer effectively. We advise you to use images with a light gray background, of proportional dimensions (the width should be similar to the height).

Offer description
In the short description of the offer, provide only the key data or components of each offer, as this description will be displayed on the opened menu. For a detailed description of the offer, displayed within the offer, try providing a description saying as much as possible about the offer with as little text possible.

Allergens
Select the appropriate allergens and do not list them within the offer descriptions. Allergens will be clearly displayed as their own segment within the opened offer.

How is ordering done?

Your customers can order the food they want directly to their table using the ordering option. Customer selects an offer on your digital menu and places the order. The waiters will be notified immediately about the placed order. The order will also contain the customer’s comment, if the latter submitted it.

To use the ordering option, each table must be equipped with its own code through which the location of the order can be determined.

Can I use menus without ordering?

Yes. Ordering is an optional feature, possible to enable or disable in your settings. The same goes for paying via the app.

If you choose to use menus without ordering, you can use a single QR code. In case you want to enable ordering option, you will need a QR code for each table.
